"You know that movie, Starsk? With Adam Sandler having fifty first dates?"

"…yeah…"

"I want that. A first kiss, fifty different first times, places…"

"…want one right now?"

"With your face going from pout to pucker like that, I’d say we just started what I want. Come here…"

Muah.

"Hey, Hutch, can I add the movie Groundhog Day?

"What for, Babe?"

" ‘Cause I want to live this moment over and over again."

Calendar Boy

"Hurry up, Gordo!" Starsky and his long showers. Hutch stood at the fridge, eyeing the calendar.

Rachel. Sue. Nicole. Laura. The capricious little stud had a girl lined up daily for weeks.

Hutch flipped to the next month, found even more. EXCEPT Tuesday, ten days from now.

Nervously, he penciled in, "H."

He won’t notice. Not for a while. Hutch had time to…

Starsky went for a soda can, still toweling his curls. Somebody moved my…

Actually, it only took three minutes. Starsky, at the table, crossing all names off, writing a

big "H" in permanent marker on every square.
